This will involve a minimum of 35 hours per week, and will include work in evenings and on weekends and public holidays, as requiredLOCATION: A hybrid of home and office working from the ParalympicsGB London Office or Loughborough Office as agreed.This role involves significant field-based activity and travel, including attendance at domestic and overseas events.JOB PURPOSEDemonstrating ParalympicsGB鈥檚 core values at all times, the Games Services Manager has responsibility for the design and delivery of key elements of ParalympicsGB鈥檚 Games Services Strategy and specific Games-related services and support whose outcomes will contribute positively to the fulfilment of ParalympicsGB鈥檚 vision, mission and objectives through:1.Working closely with the Head of Sport, exemplary management of identified areas of ParalympicsGB鈥檚 Games Services strategy and associated programmes, people and partnerships2.Excellence in delivery of identified core services including qualification and selection processes, accrediting the team, entering the team and managing team data3.Provision of world class advice and support to all Paralympic sports which contributes positively to a best prepared team at each Paralympic Games4.Provision of other input and support as a member of ParalympicsGB鈥檚 team support in the creation and delivery of an optimal Games-time environmentsGames-time Role(s) All Games-time roles will be discussed and agreed for each Paralympic Games and will be dependent upon structure and delivery requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN DETAIL:Sport DirectorateTo support the on-going management of a cohesive and collaborative Sport Team environment which proactively embraces cross directorate / partnership working, additionally to:鈥Project management of ParalympicsGB鈥檚 Games Services Strategy within the Sport Directorate鈥Provide regular updates to the Head of Sport regarding the implementation of the ParalympicsGB鈥檚 Games Services Strategy;
